This innovative experience was set up to assist me in learning about the role and responsibility of a Technology Director and an international school. The experience involved time spent shadowing the current Technology Director at the American International School of Guangzhou. This included time covering all aspects of his job responsibilities including but not limited to helping with the development of the budget, attending administrative meetings, assisting with hiring new staff, meeting with vendors and other day to day responsibilities.
