This innovative experience was set up to\u00a0assist me in learning about the role and responsibility of a Technology Director and an international school. The experience involved time spent shadowing the current Technology Director at the American International School of Guangzhou. This included time covering all aspects of his job responsibilities including but not limited to\u00a0helping with the development of the budget, attending administrative meetings, assisting with hiring new staff, meeting with vendors and other day to day responsibilities. This\u00a0reflective ePortfolio of my experiences include links to my reflective journal, my summative assessment, various artifacts I assisted with and a reflective video about the process of learning. <\/p>\n
